Gasion IntroducesHybrid type boxy aerators
Hybrid type pond aeration system can be installed both as floating or fixed aerator and is completely constructed of plastics.

Diffuser Aeration System
Boxy aerator is a term that likely refers to a Diffused Pond aeration system or a Pond Diffused aeration system with a box-like design or shape. These types of aerators can be used in various applications where aeration is needed to improve oxygenation and promote water quality, such as ponds, lakes, wastewater treatment facilities, and even agricultural settings for soil aeration.
Construction
Its consists of multiple draft tubes inside a rectangular box on both sides of the aerator. A common air manifold is attached to the draft tubes at the bottom with micro porous air injectors and connecting hoses.

Blower
A Aeration system high speed .aerodynamic , centrifugal blower which operates at about 14000 RPM delivers high volumes of air equally into all the injectors.

Oxygen Transfer
Four Types of oxygen transfer in one machine
- 4 in 1 Boxy Aerators
Our pond aeration system achieves surface transfer, mixing, circulation and bubble transfer in one machine. Circulation from bottom, Air mixing at the contact chamber, bubble transfer in vertical tubes, and surface transfer at the exit ports. It has the combined advantages of all these aerators eliminating its disadvantages.

Energy Consumption
How much energy is consumed in 1 mld sewage treatment plant?
Gasion Lake and Pond Aeration System consume only 2 to 3 kilowatt per hour and 72 kilowatts per day which is
- 4 times less than diffused aerators
- 6 times less than aspirators
- 9 times less than surface aerators

Installation of Boxy Aeration System
How does Boxy Aerator Works ?
- The air pump pushes air in the way of tubing to the diffusers at the pond’s bottom.
- The diffuser aeration system discharges small bubbles of air into the water.
- As the bubbles rise, oxygen is transferred from the air into the water. This process increases the dissolved oxygen concentration, which is vital for aquatic life.
- The movement of the bubbles helps mix the water, promoting uniform oxygen distribution throughout the pond and preventing the formation of oxygen-depleted zones.
Essential of Lake Aeration System and Pond Aeration System
Gasion Diffuser Aeration system is crucial for improving the health of lakes, ponds, and other water bodies. It helps increase the oxygen levels in the water, which supports aquatic life, prevents the buildup of harmful gases, and promotes healthy ecosystems. Several systems and technologies are used to achieve this, with a diffused pond aeration system being one of the most common and effective methods.
In deep lakes and pond aeration systems, water tends to stratify into layers with colder, denser water at the bottom and warmer, oxygenated water at the surface. Aeration disrupts this layering and helps mix the water, preventing the bottom layer from becoming anoxic (lacking oxygen). This process ensures uniform oxygen distribution throughout the water column.
